Car Carrier Erupts In Flames On NJ Turnpike

Three Cadillac Escalades, a Cadillac XT6 and a Chevy Equinox were damaged in the blaze  in the right shoulder of the northbound side of the eastern spur near milepost 107.5 around 12:30 p.m., New Jersey State Police said.

Newark firefighters put out the fire, which was deemed non-suspicious, authorities said.

No injuries reported.
